$999.00 is the reservation fee/deposit for reserving one of ten Termilight™ air sanitizing systems for your home or business, which can be refunded any time while the batch is open for reservations.

the batch will stay open until all 10 systems have been reserved and the pre-installation compatibility checks have been passed.

your reservation fee includes the following:

1. a pre-installation compatibility check.*
2. a reservation for one Termilight™ air sanitizer system. 
3. a $999.00 credit toward your Termilight™ air sanitizer system.

Termilight™ batch two will begin system construction when all ten spots are reserved. this helps us keep costs low and focus on quality and customer service.

Termilight™ air sanitizers consist of a 3-unit, 150-watt system that triangulates efforts to protect the air in the highest-risk areas of your forced air system. One unit focuses on mould buildup on the heating coil while the other two work on eliminating odour and other harmful threats to health in the circulating air.

Termilight™ air sanitizers cost CAD 3,999, including professional installation—and annual system servicing of CAD 399 per year to ensure sanitizing effectiveness and responsible recycling of used parts.

the estimated delivery time between batch close and installation is 3 months.

only air sanitizer devices intended for installations in homes or businesses within 100km of the CN Tower may be reserved.

*the pre-installation compatibility check includes a visit from a Termilight™ onboarding team member. they will visit your home or business to review your forced air system to ensure compatibility and prepare an installation plan for when your system is ready to be delivered. your reservation fee will be refunded if your home or business does not pass the pre-installation compatibility check.
